Founders' Bios
Nathan Montgomery, Co-Founder and CEO
Nathan is a seasoned serial entrepreneur and corporate lawyer who brings unique
competence and expertise in corporate finance, blockchain and entertainment. He
began his legal career at a top national law firm in Canada with a practice focused
on securities law and mergers & acquisitions, being involved in 50+ transactions of a
combined value of more than $10 billion. In 2017, he left private practice to embark on
an entrepreneurial journey that included, among others, acting as General Counsel
and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) of a fintech-focused Canadian Schedule I
private bank, acting as a co-founder, advisor, General Counsel and CCO of a
regulated cryptocurrency exchange, co-founding and acting as CEO of a regulated
cryptocurrency brokerage business (sold in 2021) and co-founding and acting as CEO of a bitcoin mining company that utilizes electricity from excess gas on oil and gas sites for bitcoin mining operations. In addition, he has developed a strong reputation in the venture, gaming and entertainment sectors acting as a strategic and legal advisor for various entities, including film financing, film production, game development, blockchain and tech-related businesses, and also as an actor.

As a passionate gamer since his childhood partnered with his extensive experience
as a C-suite executive, Nathan brings a wealth of competence, experience and
unique insight to his role as CEO of 2TG Entertainment. Recognizing the incredible
opportunity for disciplined companies that are laser focused on how blockchain can
enhance top quality gaming experiences, he is leading the charge on innovative game features that make time-tested gaming experiences even better.
Muhammad Ali Khan, Co-Founder and CTO
Muhammad is a tech entrepreneur, executive and scientist in the AI, Blockchain and
SaaS spaces with more than 18 years of experience in academia and industry. He
has completed multiple Seed and Series A raises, built AI and Web3 SaaS companies,
and led them to various successful outcomes. Most recently, he has exited a San
Francisco based real-world asset tokenization platform and is raising a Series B
round as an executive for an autonomous vehicle guidance startup.

After graduating from Cambridge, Muhammad worked at top-tier universities
around the world. His applied research on algorithms, computing and software
engineering led him to industry collaboration and eventually moving full-time into
enterprise AI and Blockchain. He grew a software services business to 10x revenue as
a CTO and was invited to speak at the Hyperledger Global Forum. He then cofounded
and led the development of a platform for monetizing real-world assets on
public blockchains using a combination of market data, NFTs and DeFi lending. The
company is undergoing M&A. Another venture involved developing a no-code
platform for minting and managing NFT collectibles with built-in proof of uniqueness
and governance of digital rights. Over the years, he has worked in agriculture,
environment, media & entertainment, fintech and IT industries.

Muhammad is passionate about building B2B and B2C tokenization protocols and
products with utility enhancement. He firmly believes video gaming to be a catalyst
for the mainstream adoption and sustainability of the crypto industry, particularly
NFTs. He brings diverse R&D, venture building and domain expertise to 2TG with the
goal of enabling all video games to integrate web3 elements without overhead and
compromising the gaming experience.
